We use Jani-King at our corporate office building in Austin TX and I have to admit, I was initially skeptical. I had a negative experience with Jani-King many years ago in a different state, so I wasn’t sure what to expect this time around. However, I’ve learned that each franchise is independently operated, and my experience with this location has been completely different. We decided to give Jani-King a try after having a disappointing experience with another cleaning company, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and consistency of their service. Their work has been exceptional, and one of the things I appreciate most is how little management they require from me. They come in, do what they need to do, and consistently leave the building looking great. They are professional, reliable, and responsive when something does require attention, but I’m not constantly having to follow up, check on their work, or remind them about expectations. I typically only hear from them when communication is actually needed, which I truly appreciate. As someone who already has a lot on my plate, having a service provider I can trust is incredibly valuable. It gives me peace of mind knowing that the cleaning is being handled properly without having to spend time thinking about it or managing every detail. That level of trust and reliability is difficult to find, and Jani-King has absolutely exceeded my expectations. I would happily recommend this Jani-King franchise to other businesses looking for a dependable, professional cleaning service. Our company moved from Austin to Cedar Park in 2008. Our new building needed cleaning. An employee was a Jani-King franchisee. After two years he needed to leave. For the next five years we tried at least six different cleaning crews. We were about to try something totally different. That's when Linda, with Jani-King, asked if we would try one more franchisee. I am certainly glad we did. Linda introduced us to Karent Rivas Hernandez. Karent and her crew have taken excellent care of our office building for the last ten years. They have done everything we have asked them to do. plus. As our company (Austin Lighthouse for the Blind) began to grow and add more business lines at our company headquarters they were quick to add staff to keep up with the increased need.
