However, I’ve learned that each franchise is independently operated, and my experience with this location has been completely different.

We decided to give Jani-King a try after having a disappointing experience with another cleaning company, and I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality and consistency of their service. Their work has been exceptional, and one of the things I appreciate most is how little management they require from me.

They come in, do what they need to do, and consistently leave the building looking great. They are professional, reliable, and responsive when something does require attention, but I’m not constantly having to follow up, check on their work, or remind them about expectations. I typically only hear from them when communication is actually needed, which I truly appreciate.

For the next five years we tried at least six different cleaning crews. We were about to try something totally different. That's when Linda, with Jani-King, asked if we would try one more franchisee. I am certainly glad we did.
